The Prophet's Character
The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) was sent as a mercy to all creation and was described by Allah as having an excellent character. His life serves as the perfect example for all Muslims.

"And indeed, you are of a great moral character." (Quran 68:4)

Key Character Traits of the Prophet (ﷺ)
Truthfulness (Sidq)
He was known as "Al-Amin" (the trustworthy) even before prophethood. He never lied in his entire life.
Mercy (Rahmah)
He was merciful to all creation - humans, animals, and even his enemies. He forgave those who harmed him.
Humility (Tawadu)
Despite being the leader of the Muslim community, he lived simply and treated everyone with respect and equality.
Patience (Sabr)
He endured great hardships with patience and perseverance, never losing hope in Allah's mercy.
Generosity (Karam)
He was extremely generous, giving away everything he had and never turning away anyone in need.
Justice (Adl)
He was just in all his dealings, treating everyone fairly regardless of their status, race, or religion.
Essential Islamic Manners (Adab)
Greeting (Salam)
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Spread peace among yourselves." Greet others with "Assalamu alaikum" (Peace be upon you) and respond with "Wa alaikum assalam" (And peace be upon you too).
Respect for Parents
The Prophet (ﷺ) emphasized treating parents with kindness and respect. Paradise lies at the feet of mothers, and serving parents is among the most beloved acts to Allah.
Good Speech
Speak kindly and avoid harsh words. The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him speak good or remain silent."
Visiting the Sick
The Prophet (ﷺ) regularly visited the sick and encouraged Muslims to do the same. It is a right of Muslims upon each other.
Helping Others
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "The most beloved people to Allah are those who are most beneficial to people." Help others in any way you can.
Forgiveness
The Prophet (ﷺ) was known for his forgiveness. He forgave those who harmed him and taught Muslims to forgive others and seek forgiveness from Allah.

Common Character Issues and Solutions
Anger Management
Problem: Getting angry easily and saying hurtful things.
Solution: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "The strong person is not the one who can wrestle someone else down. The strong person is the one who can control himself when he is angry." Take deep breaths, seek refuge in Allah, and remember the consequences of anger.
Backbiting and Gossip
Problem: Speaking about others behind their backs.
Solution: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Do you know what backbiting is? It is to mention about your brother something that he dislikes." Avoid speaking about others unless it's necessary and beneficial.
Lying
Problem: Telling lies, even small ones.
Solution: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Truthfulness leads to righteousness, and righteousness leads to Paradise." Always speak the truth, even if it's difficult.
Arrogance
Problem: Thinking you're better than others.
Solution: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "No one will enter Paradise who has an atom's weight of arrogance in his heart." Remember that all good comes from Allah and be humble.
